Natural remedies for health problems
Experts recognize that the stress caused by the coronavirus pandemic can influence the development of cardiovascular pathologies. The Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly affected the heart and blood vessels of the population, unfortunately, the death statistics prove it. What will help support the cardiovascular system and reduce the risk of pathologies? A study by cardiologists in Cleveland, Ohio, showed that the incidence of Takocubo cardiomyopathy, otherwise known as "broken heart syndrome," increased four to five times during the pandemic. Broken heart syndrome is usually associated with severe physical or emotional disturbances that lead to weakening of the heart muscle. Doctors are not sure how the disease manifests itself. It is thought that due to emotional turmoil, the body releases stress hormones that temporarily block normal heart function. To avoid heart problems, cardiologists recommend taking good care of your health, seeing a doctor, and getting a check-up.
